We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the product, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate and improve BrandLift, generate AI-powered content tailored to your business, send product updates and marketing emails (you can opt out at any time), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI Processing
Content you upload (videos, images, text) is processed by our AI systems to generate marketing material. This content is stored securely and used solely to deliver your requested outputs. We do not use your business content to train shared AI models without explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate BrandLift (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We may update this policy as our product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of BrandLift after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
